Product Care Support Services
Lodgingstar's product support services allow each property to customize its order of custom printing items. Logos, custom colors, international symbols, and dialing information can be printed on the telephone faceplates, giving guests easy access to hotel services and personalizing the sets to complement the property's theme or services. Custom colors for our complete product line are available at no additional charge for orders over 500 units. This is in addition to our two standard colors of all our products. This already exceeds any other supplier in offering a complete Guestroom family product offering.

Factory Care Warranty
Lodgingstar offers factory warranty for all its product lines from repair centers in the United States and China. Our warranties cover all labor, parts and refurbishment of your product for the full five years of the warranty.

Flexible Shipping
Lodgingstar's flexible shipping program validates its status as a global company. FOB delivery (after fulfillment of product support orders) is available from North America and Asia. This includes custom color coordination of special orders.
